Come on out to Oneonta at the Wright National Soccer Campus to cheer on our varsity girls as they take on Charlotte Valley/Schenevus at 10am on Saturday, October 18th in the Delaware League Championship Game. Admission is $5. Pets are NOT ALLOWED at the venue. This is our girls first trip to the league championship game as a merged program. Go Purple and Red, we are proud of you!

Your individual picture day photos have arrived. The yearbook club thanks you for your support, when you purchase a picture, we gain commission towards our club funding of creating the yearbook.
Please enjoy your child’s photos. If for some reason you have missed photo day or you would like a retake, it has been scheduled for
WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 29, 2025.
On that day, we will also be taking class photos. We normally go outside for this. Please have your child dress warmly that day.

College Prep Night, which is scheduled for tonight at 6pm is being rescheduled due to the modified and varsity soccer games this evening. We would like to announce that Catskill Area School Study Council is once again offering an SAT Prep Program for students in grades 10-12. There is a fee associated with this program and the registration deadline is September 18th. Please contact Patty Brewster in the Guidance Office, 607-652-7661, for more information or to register. To stay current, we strongly encourage you to do one of the following:
1. Download the free Google Docs app on your phone. This will allow you to view the shared athletic schedule document, which is updated regularly.
2. Visit the school website and check under the Athletics tab for the most up-to-date schedule information.
These resources are updated daily and will reflect any changes due to weather, transportation, or other factors. By checking them yourself, you’ll be able to plan accordingly and avoid any last-minute surprises.

Attention all parents/guardians of Modified Soccer Stamford student-athletes: the athlete registration portal has been extended to Wednesday, 8/20, to allow extra time for you to register your student if they signed up to play fall sports. Please don't wait until the last minute, as the online registration requires the student's valid physical to be uploaded as a pdf. Directions on how to register are below-
1. Go to www.arbiter.io
2. In the top right corner, click "Login"
3. In the drop down menu, click "For Families/Students"
4. On the bottom of a login screen, in blue, it says "if you don't have an account, sign up"
5. Create a free account
6. In the bar where you can search for an organization, type in "Stamford Central School"
7. Choose New York as the state in the drop down menu to the right of the search bar
8. When you search, the very first option will be Stamford Central School with our purple "S" logo
9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the registration link provided
10. Fill out everything in its entirety. School officials will be notified when you've completed the registration
