Attention all parents/guardians of Modified Soccer Stamford student-athletes: the athlete registration portal has been extended to Wednesday, 8/20, to allow extra time for you to register your student if they signed up to play fall sports. Please don't wait until the last minute, as the online registration requires the student's valid physical to be uploaded as a pdf. Directions on how to register are below-

Federal Funding Restored - Federal Funding received by school districts across the state to support programs such as CROP (afterschool programming) has been restored. Given this good news we want to inform you that we plan to provide the CROP after school program as usual for the 2025-2026 school year.

Attention Stamford Families of Fall Athletes: The varsity registration portal will re-open at 12 noon today, Monday 8/4, and will close on Wednesday at midnight, for those that may have missed the registration deadline. On July 29, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria the school district will hold a parent forum which will review the Governor’s new education law (and policy) that prohibits student use of internet-enabled devices during the instructional day.
The Governor and legislature created a new law that prohibits student use of personally owned internet-enabled devices during the school day.
The goal of the Governor is to create a distraction free environment for learning.
Internet-enabled devices prohibited in school include: any smartphone, tablet, smartwatch, text-based phone, or other device capable of connecting to the internet and enabling the user to access content on the internet.
Internet-enabled devices supplied by the school district or BOCES for educational purposes are excluded from the new law.
At Stamford Central School District students will be unable to use a personal device from 7:45 a.m. when we open the school doors until 3:00 p.m. when the school day ends.
